Cancellation Policy

Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of $100 deposit. The balance is due no later than the first of the month before the Antique Show (will be March 1st for the Spring shows and September 1st for the Fall shows). Deposit can be refunded only if cancellation is made before the final balance payment, less a $50 processing fee per room.

No refunds will be made for any cancellation/change after the final balance payment.

Special Notes

Antique Show stays have a strict two-night minimum stay requirement. "Orphaned" single nights are only available at the higher rates shown above.

A Light Unto My Path is a smoke-free campus (guest rooms, conference center, porches and all grounds).

Directions From Round Top Square (1.5 miles)

At the (one and only!) traffic light, turn off SH 237 onto FM 1457. You'll go a short block, and 1457 will take a hard left in front of Henkel Square. Go a mile and a half, and we're on the right-hand side, just past Richter's Cemetery.
