Cancellation PolicyReservations are confirmed upon receipt of deposit of half of the entire stay's charges. Rooms may be reserved by credit card. Cancellation of rooms during non-specialty weeks, is 72 hours. If cancellation is made within 72 hours one nights full lodging will be charged to the individual unless is rebooked. During specialty weeks cancellation is 30 days. Cancellation after 30 days no refund will be given unless we are able to rebook.Special NotesBrendan Manor is available for initmate wedding, retreats, scrapbooking, mystery weekends, company meetings, company parties, specialty teas, High Tea, and a variety of enticing experiences.Book your "Heritage Tour" with your own tour guide to take you on a half day or full day historic tour of Fayette county. Brendan Manor is a smoke-free bed and Breakfast. Smoking is permitted in the yard or in designated areas. Please be advised if one smokes in the house, a clean-up fee of $250.00 will be accessed to stay.
Brendan Manor is a non-smoking facility. We are sorry, but Brendan Manor does not accept pets and children under the age of twelve. Directions From Round Top Square (15 miles)From Round Top square travel west on 237 for approximately 8 miles and it turns into hwy 159. Continue west until you reach business 71 and hwy 159 where there is a stop sign. Turn right or west and travel over the railroad track and about 2 miles just past the HEB on the left look to the right and you will see a three story white house surrounded by iron fences and gate. Enter one of the gates and you are there. |
