Worth and all points in between. farmhouse Round Top is a wonderful place to spend a day, a weekend or longer. The five Texas farmhouses, all 100+ years old, are located in a peaceful country setting--the perfect place to unwind, relax and renew. Each guesthouse is completely furnished and appointed with modern comforts and amenities. While here, experience the star-filled skies, watch the birds and wildlife or venture into town for whatever fun thing is happening. A variety of activities ranging from what is planned in Round Top to museum tours to wine tastings are available within a 10-30 minute scenic country drive. Cancellation Policy

Farmhouse Round Top is pleased to extend a 10% discount for stays of five or more nights (excluding Antique Show dates). A deposit of half of the stay is required to confirm your reservation. The deposit is refundable if cancellations are made up to 30 days before arrival less a $50 cancellation fee. Cancellations made within those 30 days are non-refundable.

Special Notes

Rental is per farmhouse. You will have farmhouse to yourselves for duration of your stay.

Directions From Round Top Square (7.5 miles)

From Square in Round Top, take FM 1457 for 7.5 miles. During your drive you will pass Nassau, Neuman and Klaus roads. After Klaus Road the first houses you see on the right are farmhouse Round Top. Large numbers ('6', '9', etc) will be along the road to indicate each farmhouse. Please be aware that because you are changing counties that the addresses change at the county line. Just follow these directions and you will easily find farmhouse Round Top. If you reach intersection of FM 389, you have gone too far.
