Cancellation Policy

B&B reservations are confirmed with $100 non-refundable deposit. Special Event (Anitque Fair, Bike rides) reservations are confirmed with $100 non-refundable deposit per day. Non-refundable Balance is due 2 months prior to event.

Special Notes

Retreats, Scrapbooking, etc. require a $350 non-refundable deposit but deposit. Non-refundable Balance payment due 14 days prior to event.

Directions From Round Top Square (15 miles)

Travel west 4 miles on Hwy 237. Turn south on Hwy 1291 for 9 miles. Turn west on Hwy 159 1/2 mile then south on Ross Prairie Church road 1 mile. Las Brisas Farm is on left side of road.
