MIMI's BED AND BREAKFAST offers turn-of-the-century renovated farmhouses and a late 1800's barn for an escape into the countryside. Located in historical Fayette County just outside Schulenburg in the High Hill area, we have three B&B locations and one barn to be rented for entertaining up to 100 people. Two of the bed and breakfast locations and the barn are located on 50-100 acre working ranches. All of the bread and breakfast locations offer different on site enjoyment and activities but if you so desire there are many other activities in the county. Some of these activities include the painted church tour, historical jail and courthouse, bird watching, fishing, viewing wildlife in their natural habitat, antiquing, and shopping at unique boutiques.

LUDVIK'S PLACE is located at 3140 Piano Bridge Road, Schulenburg, Texas.
THE BARN AT PIANO BRIDGE ROAD is an event facility also located on this 96+ acre site.

DOG RUN is located at 5601 Mensik Road, Schulenburg, Texas, on 55+ acres.
ADIE'S PLACE is located at 1601 High Hill Road, Schulenburg, Texas, on 3 acres.

Cancellation Policy

Rates are for use of the entire house and do not include a 6% occupancy tax which will be added to your bill. Full payment must be made by cash or check no later than two weeks prior to occupancy. We will be happy to accommondate any special requests for a nominal fee. Requests must be made seven days in advance and paid in full three days prior to arrival.

Directions From Round Top Square (35 miles)

Take FM 237 south to La Grange. In La Grange turn left on U.S. Hwy 77 South. Go approximately 16 miles to FM 615 and turn left for Ludvik's Place, The Barn at Piano Bridge Road and Dog Run. Turn right onto High Hill Road to go to Adie's Place.
