	The barn at farmhouse Round Top began as a historic barn that was a favorite with local artists and has been highlighted in several of their paintings. In addition, the barn has been featured on a poster of distinctive looking Texas barns. It has been fully updated and redecorated to house guests instead of animals. It now has a new and updated look but we have saved what we could of the existing structure and materials.
	The barn entrance is accessed via a large porch that catches the breeze and overlooks a field of pecan trees. The main living area is an open concept highlighting a high barn ceiling and original barnwood wall. It is perfect for a two or a couple with a small child. Maximum occupancy is 2 adults.
	The barn is available for rental effectively immediately. It has a kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, Keurig coffeemaker and dishware. The bathroom has a large shower, fluffy white towels and Round Top soaps. the barn has central air/heat, Direct TV and all amenities.
